TerraFlood ("the Service") provides free flood risk screening estimates based on publicly available geospatial data. The Service is operated by Georg Rauscher, Stadlauer Strasse 64/6/38, 1220 Wien, Austria.
The Service is provided free of charge for informational and educational purposes. It is not a professional flood risk assessment service.
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service can be used without creating an account or providing any personal information. No registration is required to access any feature of the Service.
TerraFlood is a flood risk screening tool that provides modeled estimates for informational and educational purposes only.
The Service does not provide: professional flood risk assessments, engineering or hydrological analysis, property valuations, insurance recommendations or quotes, investment advice, or building or construction guidance.
Results are generated using publicly available datasets at regional resolution (30 metres for elevation, approximately 5 kilometres for river discharge). They may not capture local conditions including drainage infrastructure, flood defenses, building-specific factors, or extreme events exceeding historical statistical models.
You acknowledge that:
The Service is intended for personal, educational, and research use. You may also use results in professional contexts as a preliminary screening tool, provided you do not represent TerraFlood results as a professional flood risk assessment.
